Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MIT) chief Ibrahim Kalin met with Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Hamas Movement’s Political Bureau, and his delegation in Doha to discuss ongoing negotiations for a ceasefire in Gaza. Haniyeh expressed satisfaction with Turkey’s efforts in the negotiation process with Israel. The discussion included the primary responsibility for achieving a ceasefire and the issue of allowing more humanitarian aid to be delivered.
Haniyeh also spoke with Egyptian intelligence chief Abbas Kamel to review the ceasefire negotiations. Meanwhile, the Israeli aggression in Gaza continues, with the death toll rising. Palestinian resistance group Hamas remains open to ceasefire proposals, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive agreement that includes halting the Zionist war and reconstructing the Strip.
Despite the ongoing violence, Palestinian resistance groups are standing strong against the Israeli aggression, inflicting losses on the enemy troops. The situation in Gaza remains dire, with thousands of civilians trapped and in need of assistance.
