In preparation for a possible invasion, Canada and the US are actively making evacuation plans for their citizens in Lebanon. Canada’s military is drawing up plans to evacuate 20,000 Canadians, while the US military is also gearing up for potential evacuations, as seen in the 2006 war where 15,000 people were evacuated.
