Majority of Israelis call for Netanyahu’s exit from politics, strong support for Oct. 7 probe

A recent survey conducted in Israel has revealed some interesting insights into public opinion regarding the country’s current political landscape. According to the poll, former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is the clear favorite among right-wing voters to lead a potential dream team. Additionally, nearly 40% of respondents who voted for the current Prime Minister believe that he should not seek reelection.

Furthermore, a significant majority of 66% of Israelis think that Haredim should be required to serve in the IDF. This indicates a shift in attitudes towards military service among the ultra-Orthodox community.

The survey also showed that 66% of Israelis want Prime Minister Netanyahu to exit politics, reflecting a desire for change among the population. In addition, an overwhelming 85% of respondents expressed support for an investigation into the events of October 7.
