Congressman Torres, a rising star in the Democratic Party, has been a staunch advocate for Ukraine and has been vocal in condemning the crimes committed by Russia and other rogue states.
In an interview, Congressman Torres emphasized the importance of standing by Ukraine in its fight for freedom, stating that the US must not ignore or passively watch Ukraine being oppressed by Russia.
