According to Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, 124 people were wounded in Sevastopol, where falling rocket fragments sparked a forest fire and damaged a residential building. The Defense Ministry blamed Ukraine and the U.S. for the civilian casualties, alleging the use of U.S.-supplied ATACMS missiles.
In response to the attacks, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy called for enhanced air defense systems and support from international partners. Both Ukraine and Russia reported casualties and damage in the conflict, with tensions escalating in various regions.
