Falklands, Lay members sought to help on direction and influence on future of the Islands

The Falkland Islands Planning and Building Committee is seeking new lay members to provide direction and influence on key aspects related to the development of the Islands. As a lay member, you will review proposals for planning permission and make recommendations for future growth.
Members of the committee discuss various proposals to assess their impact on the environment and make recommendations for developments that benefit current and future generations. Training is provided, and appointments last for up to three years. Meetings are held once a month.
