Kim and Putin sign partnership treaty – North Korea & Russia – DW 06/19/2024

A historic strategic partnership has been forged between North Korea and Russia, solidifying a powerful “alliance” with a pledge of mutual defense. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the mutual assistance agreement in the event of an aggression against either party, after meeting with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang.
