Israeli Reserve General Itzhak Brik revealed that Kiev offered Tel Aviv assistance in dealing with the imminent threat of drones launched from Lebanon, which was rejected by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government. Brik mentioned that Ukraine had valuable information to help combat the drone threat and even invited the Israeli army to learn from Ukrainian forces.

Despite the offer, Israel showed no interest in Ukrainian assistance, possibly underestimating the threat posed by Hezbollah drones. Israeli media reported on the increasing danger Hezbollah’s drones pose to the country, challenging its anti-air systems. The Israeli army has struggled to find an effective way to counter the threat posed by Hezbollah’s drones, causing fear among settlers in the northern regions.

With Hezbollah’s precise attacks and advanced weaponry, including drones and cruise missiles, Israeli security sources acknowledge the real threat to the air defense system. Brik warned of a potential disaster for Israel in a large-scale conflict with Hezbollah.

As Hezbollah continues its operations against Israeli targets in support of Palestinians and in response to Israeli attacks on Lebanon, the threat of drones remains a significant concern.
