Finance Minister Sergii Marchenko highlighted the EU’s crucial role in maintaining financial stability, emphasizing Ukraine’s commitment to full integration with the EU.

International partners have pledged ongoing support for Ukraine’s 2024 budget, with the EU expected to provide EUR 16 billion in financial aid, contingent on Ukraine meeting set benchmarks. Looking ahead to 2025, the EU’s Ukraine Facility will offer EUR 15.2 billion in assistance, with a significant portion earmarked for budget support.

Overall, since the onset of the conflict, Ukraine has garnered $85.4 billion in international financial aid, underscoring the importance of external support in navigating the challenges posed by the conflict.
