Russia’s Ministry of Defense reported that a Canadian-made Senator armored combat vehicle had been eliminated for the first time.
Russia’s Armed Forces targeted Ukraine’s energy facilities supplying the defense industry overnight, using long-range precision weapons and drones in response to Ukrainian attempts to damage Russian energy facilities.
The strike successfully hit Ukraine’s energy facilities supporting the military-industrial complex and ammunition storage depots supplied by Western countries.
As a result, a Canadian Senator armored fighting vehicle operated by Ukraine was eliminated, and over 140 soldiers were lost in the Vostok Battlegroup area.
Additional losses for Ukraine included four vehicles, British and US-made howitzers, and an electronic warfare station.
