Exciting news from Zamfara State! Governor Dauda Lawal has announced a transformation plan for the Specialist Hospital in Gusau, turning it into a University Teaching Hospital.
During the inauguration of the upgraded facility, named ‘Ahmed Sani Yariman Bakura Specialist Hospital,’ Lawal shared his vision of enhancing healthcare services in the region.
The governor highlighted the importance of upgrading the hospital to a teaching facility affiliated with Zamfara University, aiming to improve specialized care, increase healthcare workforce, and elevate service quality for better health outcomes.
