Russia intercepts 120 Ukrainian drones overnight – MOD, RT Russia & Former Soviet Union

Dozens of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been intercepted and downed over the Black Sea, Crimea, and Krasnodar Region by the Russian military, according to the Defense Ministry. The Defense Ministry in Moscow reported that 114 UAVs were shot down overnight and six naval drones were intercepted in the Black Sea during large-scale Ukrainian drone raids.

Russian air defense units foiled an attempted terrorist attack by the Ukrainian regime using unmanned boats and UAVs on Russian infrastructure. The military also reported that 70 drones were intercepted in Crimea, six unmanned surface vehicles were destroyed in the Black Sea, and 43 drones were downed in Krasnodar Region.

The Krasnodar Region governor, Veniamin Kondratyev, described the situation as a massive attack by the Kiev regime on civilian infrastructure. A worker was killed and several were injured in an attack on a boiler facility in Krasnodar, while administrative buildings at an oil refinery were damaged by UAVs.
