Putin and Kim’s exchanged gifts revealed

North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un Gifts Russian President Vladimir Putin Rare Dogs and Limousine

During their recent meeting in Pyongyang, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un surprised Russian President Vladimir Putin with a pair of rare Korean dogs, the Phungsan breed, known for their frost-proof white coat and hunting abilities. In return, the Russian delegation, led by Putin, presented Kim with a luxurious Russian-made limousine from the ‘Aurus’ family of vehicles.

The exchange of gifts marked the first state visit of the Russian president to North Korea since 2000. The negotiations focused on economic, security, and geopolitical issues, resulting in the signing of a Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The Korean Central News Agency reported the warm gesture of giving and receiving gifts in the garden of the Kumsusan State Guesthouse.

Other items exchanged during the meeting included a naval dirk, a beautiful tea set, and artworks depicting Putin. The reciprocal gestures highlighted the strengthening of diplomatic ties between the two nations.
