India’s Prime Minister Modi led a large group in a yoga session in Kashmir, showcasing unity amid diversity. Despite rain forcing the event indoors, participants from all walks of life gathered to partake in the practice.
From government employees to students, individuals globally came together to explore various yoga poses, meditation, and deep breathing exercises. The theme “Yoga for Self and Society” emphasized the importance of a balanced mind-body connection for overall well-being.
