An overnight Ukrainian drone attack in southern Russia’s Krasnodar region has resulted in the death of a woman, with multiple oil depots also set ablaze in other parts of the country. Russia’s Defense Ministry reported the destruction of several drones in different regions, including Krasnodar, Bryansk, and Adygea.
Governor Veniamin Kondratyev confirmed the death of the woman in Slavyansk-on-Kuban due to a drone strike while expressing condolences to her family. In Adygea, an oil depot was engulfed in flames due to drone attacks, but thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Another oil depot fire was reported in Tombov following a drone attack on the Platonovskaya depot. While Ukraine has not commented on the strikes, they have previously claimed responsibility for similar attacks on Russian energy sites. The Defense Ministry did not mention the Tombov attack in its statements.
