The Ondo State Security Network Agency, also known as Amotekun Corps, has been cracking down on criminal activities in the state. Between January and June 2024, they have successfully prosecuted about 600 suspected criminals in court, sending a strong message to wrongdoers.

Commander Akogun Adeleye highlighted the significant decrease in kidnapping cases in Ondo State, attributing it to the relentless efforts of the Amotekun Corps. He emphasized the importance of holding criminals accountable for their actions, ensuring that justice is served.

During the ‘Operation Safe-Ground’, 48 suspects were apprehended for various crimes ranging from kidnapping to fraud. Adeleye affirmed that all suspects would face legal consequences for their actions, reinforcing the commitment to maintaining law and order in the state.
