Irish Cancer Society Slams “Excessive” Car Parking Fees at University Hospital Galway

The society’s survey revealed that many hospitals, including UHG Galway, are not offering free parking or concessions to cancer patients. The lack of funding for cancer services has led to serious delays in screenings and treatments, impacting patients’ outcomes and quality of life.
