In a swift and decisive action in the Lviv region, all 5 enemy Shaheds UAVs were successfully intercepted and destroyed during the night of June 19, as confirmed by Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
The Air Command West reported that air defense soldiers efficiently neutralized the threat by taking down all 5 attacking drones, preventing any potential harm to the region. Despite facing multiple incursions during two separate air raid alerts, the defense forces remained vigilant and ensured the safety of the area.
In a separate incident, a 70-year-old man sustained injuries during an enemy drone attack on Malukha, Lviv community, highlighting the constant threat posed by such unmanned aerial vehicles.
