Former MLC and BJP leader, M B Bhanuprakash (69), tragically passed away due to a cardiac arrest while protesting against the Congress government’s fuel price hikes in Shivamogga. He collapsed during the protest and was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Bhanuprakash, a prominent figure in Karnataka BJP, held various key positions within the party and shared a close bond with former Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa. His last rites will be conducted in Mattur village, Shivamogga.
