Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced that the US will provide “squadrons” of fighter jets to Ukraine as part of a new 10-year security agreement. While Ukraine awaits the Patriots for military defense, the delivery of F-16s has faced delays due to training complications and lack of suitable airfields. Despite Russian warnings of potential retaliation against F-16 use, Zelensky remains optimistic about a positive outcome for Ukraine in the near future.
