Support Independent Journalism in Ukraine
Join us in this fight for truth and democracy. Argentina has recently joined the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, showing growing international support for Ukraine’s defense. Led by the U.S., this group of over 50 countries meets regularly to coordinate military aid for Ukraine, including discussions on strengthening air defenses against Russian aggression.
Argentina’s Defense Minister Luis Petri is representing the country at the latest meeting in NATO headquarters, Brussels. The support for Ukraine is crucial as the country faces increasing Russian aerial attacks on cities and critical infrastructure.
In addition to military aid, Argentina has also joined the international coalition for the return of Ukrainian children abducted by Russia. President Javier Milei may even visit Kyiv in June, marking an important show of solidarity from South America.
