Former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin visited Armenia and met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. They discussed various topics, including the “Traveling University of Peace” initiative aimed at empowering Armenian youth in crisis management.
Raffarin conveyed warm greetings from French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal and reiterated France’s support for Armenia’s challenges and democracy. They also talked about the goals of Raffarin’s organization, “Leaders for Peace.”
The conversation touched on the peace treaty and demarcation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as Armenia’s “Crossroads of Peace” project. The meeting highlighted the strong ties between France and Armenia in promoting peace and stability in the region.
