Chandrababu Naidu to take oath as Andhra Pradesh CM on June 12; PM Modi to attend

Amaravati: TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu is all set to take oath as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh for the fourth time on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and other dignitaries are expected to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

Naidu, along with leaders of the NDA, met the Governor and staked their claim to form the government.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place at 11:27 am near Medha IT Park in Kesarapalli, Vijayawada.

The NDA partners are likely to get ministerial berths in the cabinet, with Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan being offered the deputy CM post.

Naidu, who previously served as the CM of united Andhra Pradesh and then of bifurcated Andhra Pradesh, is making a comeback after a landslide victory in the recent elections.

The NDA secured a massive majority in both the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, paving the way for Naidu’s return as the CM.

Excitement is high as Naidu prepares to lead the state once again towards progress and development.
