The Governor stated on social media that the group attempted to rally without a permit and were subsequently removed by Highway Patrol officers. Noem firmly declared, “Nazis are not welcome here in South Dakota,” emphasizing the state’s commitment to freedom and rejecting all forms of hatred, including Nazism.
