The Kano State Government is going above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of its pilgrims during the 2024 Hajj exercise in Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims from Kano State are being treated to free meals twice daily, prepared by experienced chefs in a clean and hygienic environment. This gesture aims to cater to all pilgrims, regardless of their background or socio-economic status.

In addition to the meals, the government has deployed a team of medical professionals to provide 24-hour medical care to the pilgrims. This medical team, consisting of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, is stationed at the Kano State pilgrims’ camp in Mecca. The government has also sent an environmental team to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pilgrims’ environment, led by sanitation experts and environmental health officers.

This proactive approach by the Kano State Government has received widespread praise from both pilgrims and stakeholders, highlighting the government’s commitment to the welfare of its citizens in the holy land.
