Outcome of Baku event revealed at 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue

The 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in Baku, Azerbaijan, focused on “Dialogue for Peace and Global Security: Cooperation and Interconnectivity.” The final declaration of the forum has been recognized by the UN General Assembly, highlighting the Baku Process initiated by President Ilham Aliyev in 2008 as a significant global effort for intercultural dialogue.

The forum, organized in collaboration with UNESCO, the UN Alliance of Civilizations, the World Tourism Organization, and ICESCO, brought together guests and experts from over 100 countries for four plenary sessions and 12 panel discussions. Sessions also took place in Shusha and Aghdam, showcasing Azerbaijan’s commitment to promoting peace and intercultural dialogue on a global scale.
