    Amanda Knox, the American student who gained worldwide attention during a high-profile murder trial in Italy, expressed bitterness after a recent hearing to clear her name. Knox, along with her then-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, was accused of the murder of Meredith Kercher in Perugia in 2007.
