Exciting Developments Unveiled in Dakhliyah Governorate
The Tenders Committee of Dakhliyah governorate recently approved a series of development projects totaling RO1.534mn, showcasing the government’s dedication to enhancing municipal services and infrastructure. Led by Sheikh Hilal bin Saeed Al Hajri, the committee’s initiatives aim to improve community well-being and boost local tourism.
Highlight projects include the construction of Jabal Akhdar Park and enhancements to Al Maamoura Park in Bahla, providing recreational spaces and promoting local tourism. Additionally, infrastructure improvements in various roads will enhance transportation safety and efficiency in the region.
Other projects include a new transportation building in Bidbid, light pole installation at Nizwa Central Market, and the furnishing of civic buildings. These developments are set to elevate municipal services and facilities across the governorate.
The 20,000sqm Jabal Akhdar Park will offer public seating, children’s play areas, exercise paths, cafes, and an open-air theatre, promising to be a hub for leisure and commercial activities for residents and visitors alike.
