West’s Proxy War Drains Ukraine of Manpower

By Svetlana Ekimenko

The West’s proxy conflict against Russia is rapidly depleting Ukraine of its workforce, leading to severe labor shortages. The Kiev regime’s military is struggling due to significant battlefield losses, impacting the country’s economy. Industrial sectors like mines and construction sites are finding it challenging to attract enough workers.

Ukraine hopes to address military recruitment gaps with a new mobilization law, which not only lowers the conscription age but also allows press-ganging citizens into military service. As the US and NATO allies push for increased mobilization, millions have fled the country to avoid the draft, while hundreds of thousands have perished in combat.

Despite receiving billions in weapons, Ukraine faces a critical shortage of soldiers and labor force. This crisis has forced businesses to hire more women and may soon lead to production halts. The country’s largest mining plant warns of operational challenges due to ongoing mobilization efforts.

If Ukrainian authorities continue on this path, the existence of key industries may be at risk.
