The conversation took place on the occasion of Prime Minister Pashinyan’s birthday, with President Putin extending his warm congratulations.
In response, Pashinyan expressed his gratitude for the well wishes and also thanked the Russian President for instructing Russian Railways to swiftly restore the sections of the railroad that were damaged during the May 25-26 floods in Lori marz.
