Happiest Minds denies link to ‘scam’-hit bank account

Billionaire tech veteran Ashok Soota-promoted Happiest Minds has clarified that it has no connection to a bank account implicated in an embezzlement case in Karnataka. The Karnataka government identified a bank account named Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd at RBL Bank as a beneficiary of embezzled public money. However, Happiest Minds stated that the account in question does not belong to the company. The company raised the issue with RBL Bank, which confirmed that the account is not affiliated with Happiest Minds.

The company expressed disappointment at being falsely linked to the fraudulent activity and affirmed its commitment to ethical business practices. Happiest Minds is confident that a thorough investigation will reveal the truth and is taking legal action to protect its reputation.

The Karnataka government has formed a special investigation team to look into the matter, and the Union Bank of India has approached the CBI for assistance. Happiest Minds remains focused on maintaining its integrity amidst these baseless allegations.
