Six more deaths due to suspected heat stroke were reported in Rajasthan, where the mercury soared to 49 degrees Celsius, officials said on Friday

Six more deaths due to suspected heat stroke were reported in Rajasthan, with temperatures reaching 49 degrees Celsius. The state continued to face severe heat conditions, with Phalodi recording the highest temperature. Other areas like Jaisalmer, Barmer, and Jodhpur also experienced extreme heat.

The Disaster Management Department confirmed the deaths in different regions, attributing them to heat stroke.
