Mumbai: The Congress targeted the Eknath Shinde-led Maha Yuti government, demanding the name of the MLA whose son was with the minor involved in the Pune Porsche crash. Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee President Nana Patole urged for transparency, alleging the involvement of an MLA’s son and criticizing Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar.
Meanwhile, the Shiv Sena expressed concerns about the safety of Dr. Ajay Taware, a key witness in the case. Sushma Andhare of Shiv Sena (UBT) hinted at revealing more details post the Lok Sabha results.
Additionally, NCP (SP) Working President Supriya Sule raised issues of increasing crimes in Pune, affecting the city’s reputation. She emphasized the need for stricter law enforcement to maintain peace.
