Kajganic: 70+ Persons Indicted Using “Sky” Evidence

The Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, announced that over 70 indictments have been confirmed by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in cases involving evidence from the “Sky” and “Anom” applications. This marks a significant milestone in the fight against corruption and organized crime in the region.

Kajganić highlighted that the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has the largest number of indictments and actions based on evidence from these applications compared to other countries in the region. He also mentioned that more prosecutorial decisions are expected to be made throughout the year.

During a conference of chief prosecutors in BiH, Kajganić emphasized the importance of eliminating perceived difficulties in the work of prosecution and law enforcement agencies to effectively combat crime. The event, organized by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, focused on analyzing the significant results of the prosecutor’s offices’ work and their efforts in fighting corruption and organized crime.
