YEREVAN, 24 MAY, ARMENPRESS. “Yeremyan Projects” has officially unveiled its state-of-the-art milk processing factory, “Yeremyan Products,” in Yerevan on May 24. The factory, spanning 2 hectares, includes 2,500 square meters of storage area, 1,000 square meters of cold storage, and a milk production plant covering 6,000 square meters. With the ability to process 150,000 liters of milk per day, the factory marks a significant step in enhancing Armenia’s agro-industry sector.

The investment project was initiated in 2022 under a cooperation memorandum signed by the Armenian Government, the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), and “Yeremyan Farm”. The construction of the milk processing factory represents the final phase of this initiative, following the successful establishment of a groundbreaking livestock complex in Tashir community, Lori Province, in 2023.

At the official opening ceremony, attended by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and other dignitaries, Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan highlighted the factory’s role in promoting high-quality dairy products that meet international standards. The factory also houses a Research and Development center to drive innovation and product expansion.

The launch of this cutting-edge facility underscores “Yeremyan Projects” commitment to excellence, modernizing Armenia’s dairy industry while adhering to ISO standards. With plans to introduce 50 new dairy items, including European cheeses, “Yeremyan Products” is set to revolutionize the local dairy market, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation.
