Today, Moroccans from 46 cities came together in 105 demonstrations after Friday prayers, in support of Palestine during the 33rd “Al-Aqsa Flood Friday.” Despite months of aggression, the Moroccan people remain steadfast in their support for Gaza and the Palestinian cause.
These demonstrations aim to show solidarity with the Palestinian people, condemning the atrocities committed in Gaza over the past months. The Moroccan Organization for the Advancement of the Causes of the Ummah reaffirms Morocco’s unwavering stance on the Palestinian issue.
Member Mohammed Riahi highlighted the significance of the ICC’s decision to pursue war crime charges against Israeli leaders. He welcomed Spain, Norway, and Ireland’s recognition of an independent Palestinian state as a step towards pressuring the occupying forces.
Further marches and protests have been organized in various Moroccan cities to escalate solidarity efforts, following recent developments in the international community regarding Palestine.
