In a recent interview, political analyst Azer Garayev shared his perspective on the improving relations between Azerbaijan and Iran. He highlighted the imminent opening of Azerbaijan’s embassy in Iran as a crucial step towards restoring bilateral ties.

Garayev emphasized the importance of maintaining friendly relations with neighboring countries, especially Iran. He commended President Ilham Aliyev for his swift response and visit to the Iranian embassy following the tragic helicopter crash that claimed the life of President Ebrahim Raisi.

Furthermore, Garayev discussed the significance of upcoming infrastructure projects, such as the construction of the Aghband road and a railway, in fostering economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran.
