Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan affirmed the legal justification of the border delimitation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He mentioned that extensive discussions were held within the government and Security Council before reaching a decision.
Pashinyan stated, “Our decisions have undergone legal review to ensure their de jure justification. The legality of these decisions is verified by relevant state institutions, leaving no room for doubt.”
