Norway has declared that it would arrest Netanyahu and Gallant if an arrest warrant is issued against them by the International Criminal Court and they enter Norwegian territory, making it the first European country to do so.

In an interview with Norwegian TV 2, Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide warned Israel that Norway would be obligated to detain Netanyahu and Gallant if ICC issues arrest warrants for them upon their arrival in the country. Eide emphasized that the decision rests with the ICC and all signatory countries must comply.

Karim Khan, the ICC Chief Prosecutor, has filed applications for arrest against Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes, along with three Palestinian leaders. This move has sparked outrage in Israel and disappointment in Hamas.

Gaza Genocide
