Baerbock’s planned visit to Kharkiv was canceled due to security concerns, with the region facing heavy Russian attacks. Despite the challenges, Ukraine remains determined to defend its territories. Germany will host a reconstruction conference for Ukraine to address the substantial costs of rebuilding the war-torn country.
