Israel Defense Forces Says Eliminated “Significant” Target During Strike on Jenin

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), in conjunction with the Israel Security Agency (ISA), successfully eliminated a “significant” target in an airstrike on their operations center in the West Bank city of Jenin. This move comes in the midst of the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict, with tensions running high in the region.
“Based on ISA intelligence, an IAF fighter jet and helicopter struck a compound used as an operations center,” the statement read, revealing that multiple “significant” militants were found within the compound.
Earlier, the IDF conducted an airstrike in the Jenin area, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to eight others, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. The targeted militant was involved in several attacks, including a notable shooting incident in May 2023.
