A tragic incident unfolded in Brampton, Ont., as an unidentified man was fatally shot on Saturday morning. Peel Region officers responded to a call at Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway at 7:22 a.m.
The shooting took place in a vehicle on the drive of a residence on Ivor Crescent, where multiple shots were fired. The victim, initially in critical condition, was rushed to a local hospital but sadly succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities have confirmed that the homicide bureau will lead the investigation. Currently, there is no information on suspects, and the police have assured the public of no immediate danger to safety.
