The polling data also reflects skepticism over Elphicke’s support for Labour policies, with only 17% believing she is genuinely aligned with the party. On the economic front, voters remain pessimistic about the country’s financial outlook, with concerns over increasing poverty levels.

Despite ongoing defections and economic woes, Labour holds a lead over the Conservatives on various economic indicators. As election fervor intensifies, Starmer’s party is enjoying an 18-point lead over its political rivals.
