Aliyev highlighted Belarus’s use of modern technologies and experience in building agro-towns, emphasizing the importance of providing employment opportunities for individuals returning to recently liberated territories.
Aliyev stated, “Our primary task is to facilitate the return of former IDPs to their homes promptly and to ensure that they have access to suitable employment. By leveraging Belarus’s urban planning experience, we aim to create thriving communities where individuals can access well-paid jobs.”
