Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of the Tavush for the Homeland movement, strongly condemned the government’s actions in the recent border demarcation commissions. In a video message, he emphasized the detrimental impact of the government’s decisions on the state, people, and citizens.
Despite legal justifications and citizen disagreement, the authorities continue to act against the constitution and morality. Archbishop Galstanyan called for the immediate removal of the government to establish a new era in the country.
He urged citizens to unite in taking purposeful steps and achieving the desired outcome. The movement opposes unilateral concessions to Azerbaijan and is engaging in civil disobedience in Yerevan.
Galstanyan highlighted the plight of the Kirants village residents, who have lost security guarantees and become homeless. He emphasized the urgent need for action and commitment to bring about change.
The Archbishop called on everyone to join in planning and implementing future steps with dedication. The time to act is now—there is no turning back.
