The Power of Collaboration: Moroccan Armed Forces and NATO Strengthen Security Leadership

The Moroccan Armed Forces and NATO continue their collaboration to address security challenges in the Mediterranean region. Recently, military experts from NATO’s Joint Forces Command Naples conducted a training course in Salé on integrating gender in military operations, complementing previous sessions that focused on handling explosives and IEDs.

The three-day program highlighted NATO’s international frameworks on women, peace, and security, emphasizing the importance of gender perspectives in counter-terrorism and peace missions. The Royal Armed Forces shared insights on their National Action Plan, showcasing their contributions to UN peacekeeping missions.
