Italian Companies to Assist in Restoration of Memorials and Museums in Karabakh
During the Azerbaijani-Italian business forum, Riccardo Cursi from the Italian Embassy in Azerbaijan announced that Italy’s main duty is to create a company specializing in the restoration of memorials and museums in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region. Cursi expressed optimism about the potential for cooperation in various areas in Karabakh, emphasizing the significance of this initiative as a starting point for further collaboration between the two countries.
Bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Italy are steadily progressing across multiple sectors, including culture, politics, trade, and economics. Agriculture stands out as a key area of collaboration, with Italian companies eager to invest in Azerbaijan. The recent Baku business event, jointly organized by AZPROMO and the Italian Trade Agency, aimed to boost exports and attract international investment. The forum brought together Azerbaijani entrepreneurs, Italian agricultural and food enterprises, government officials, local authorities, and global financial entities.
