Factory workers in North Korea are poorly treated, with long hours, low wages, and limited rest time. Despite these harsh conditions, electronics factories operate smoothly, prioritizing workers with technical skills. Workers receive no special benefits, but may receive gifts or bonuses based on monthly production targets.
