Shocking Corruption Scandal Uncovered: CIA Police Inspector Arrested for Kidnapping
The Anti-Corruption Department of Sindh has made a significant breakthrough by apprehending a Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) police inspector, Abid Ali, over corruption charges. Imtiaz Abro, Director of Anti-Corruption, revealed a disturbing case where Inspector Abid Ali allegedly kidnapped a citizen named Adnan who had plans to travel to Europe.
Adnan was reportedly abducted on April 7 near Karachi’s Sadar area by Inspector Abid Ali, who demanded ransom for his release. Despite not receiving the ransom, Inspector Abid staged an arrest on April 19 and claimed custody of Adnan’s remand.
Inspector Abid had already received Rs 3 million as ransom and was demanding an additional Rs 800,000. The authorities caught him red-handed while he was receiving Rs 100,000 of the ransom amount. Inspector Abid Hussain is now facing remand in custody pending further actions by the anti-corruption authorities.
