Global Shows of Support for Palestine Amid Ongoing Israeli Aggression

In a powerful display of solidarity, cities and capitals around the world have seen massive protests in support of the Palestinian people as Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip continues into its seventh month.

Thousands took to the streets in demonstrations organized in major cities like Berlin, London, Dublin, Paris, and Ottawa, demanding a ceasefire and the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza. Protesters waved Palestinian flags and held banners condemning Israeli crimes and calling for accountability for war criminals.

Across the United Kingdom, Britons showed their support in over 25 cities and regions, including London, Bristol, Coventry, Sheffield, and Leeds. Demonstrators called on the British government to halt arms exports to Israel and chanted for a free Palestine.

In Paris, students gathered at the Pantheon Square to show their solidarity with Palestine and protest the French government’s stance on the conflict. Meanwhile, in Dublin, students at Trinity College maintained a Gaza solidarity encampment as a symbol of support for those affected by the Israeli aggression.

Even in Berlin, students at Humboldt University organized a sit-in on campus to show their support for Gaza and stand against the ongoing violence.

These global demonstrations serve as a reminder of the widespread outrage over the injustice being inflicted on the Palestinian people and the urgent need for an end to the violence.
